Please contact customer service to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning any products to us. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses on all return products. Return items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. All authorized refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original form of payment.
We guarantee sinks to be free of all manufacturing defects. Please double check your sink or faucet needs before placing an order. We will replace any sink that is proven to be defective by manufacturer within 48 hours of delivery.
We offer one year limited warranty for our faucets. We reserve the right to inspect any faucet that has been reported to be defective prior to the replacement of the faucet.
